We offer a variety of types of Personal Coaching: private, semi-private; and our small group (3 – 5 people).  In these programs you will receive nutritional counselling and mental well-being coaching.

We will create a individualized fitness program that you can use to adapt a healthier lifestyle, balanced body and injury prevention. This will include corrective exercise, mobilization, myofasical stretching,  weight training, endurance activities, nutrition counselling, cognitive tools for success, deep core training and much more.
