PILATES

The Pilates class is a popular exercise routine that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It is a routine that focuses on core strength, co-ordination and flexibility, essentially deep muscle training from the inside out.  Pilates classes have limited enrollment to ensure thorough attention to all clients. Classes offered are:

Pilates – All Levels

Operating on the principle of “strengthening through lengthening”. All Levels Pilates incorporates intensive core training to challenge your fitness level.  Since intensity options are always given, this class will meet the fitness needs of everyone, including beginners and advanced participants.

Pilates – Strength

This class is geared to very advanced individuals who have taken Pilates for more than 1 year. The exercises are very similar but props are used to make each move more difficult. It is a very intense workout that will work your body.


 

REFORMER

Reformer – Circuit

This is an all levels class that focuses on deep core stabilization, alignment, balance, and working the body from the inside out. Reformer Circuit sometimes uses other equipment off the reformer. There is a maximum number of 12 participants for this class.

Reformer – Core

This is an all levels class that focuses on deep core stabilization, alignment, balance, and working the body from the inside out. There is a maximum number of 6 participants for this class.

Reformer – Strength

This is an all levels class that focuses on deep core stabilization, alignment, balance, and working the body from the inside out. Strength training is also a main focus of the class. There is a maximum number of 6 participants.
