Balanced Bodies Course
Personal trainers, fitness instructors, coaches, athletes and exercisers alike will learn to how to train the core and incorporate small apparatus equipment into group training for all levels. Balanced Bodies is a hands-on course in which participants learn how to train the core properly and incorporate postural assessment, good bio-mechanics, and injury prevention in a practical gym setting. Learning accurate exercise techniques will not only help participants to excel in the gym environment, such techniques will also transcend into activities of daily living.

Boot Camp for All Levels Course
Personal trainers and group exercise fitness instructors will learn safe and effective exercises for one on one or group training. Boot Camp for All Levels is a practical course in which participants will learn new exercises to keep their boot camps safe, fun and interactive for all ages and fitness levels. Participants will learn a variety of exercises using body weight and small apparatus equipment. In addition participants will be taught techniques to help their boot camps run smoothly with minimal risk of injury.
