BALANCED BODIES (PILATES INSPIRED)

A pilates inspired all levels class, with functional movement patterns for all ages that challenges and strengthens your entire body!

 


 

PILATES SPINE

Looking to set the foundations for a healthy, strong core? This integrative training regime uses Pilates inspired body weight and resistance exercises to strengthen and stretch muscles originating from the center of the body. 

 

This method aims to create overall muscle balance, structural tolerance, and spinal integrity. This class is prenatal friendly.


You are only as old as your spine!

 

ALIGN MOBILITY

This is an all-levels class that teaches proper movement patterns and works on increasing range of motion through strength. Participants will practice active flexibility training, core strength, posture, and correct alignment in all planes. This class is great for anyone just starting their fitness journey, coming back from injury, or those working to maintain mobility.

PILATES

Pilates is a popular exercise style that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.


It is a routine that focuses on core strength, co-ordination and flexibility, and is essentially deep muscle training from the inside out.

IRON SERIES

The IRON Series are all-levels, intense classes designed to build and tone muscle no matter where you are in your fitness journey. They are challenging, motivating, and fun classes designed to work all areas of your body. Instructors play loud, up-beat music that will keep you excited and feeling the burn! IRON STRENGTH

IRON Strength is designed to build muscular strength, core stability, and joint mobility. This class focuses on the muscles used in lifting weights, while also teaching proper alignment and posture during key lifts. IRON HIIT

IRON FIT

IRON Fit is an upbeat strength class designed to teach proper lifting patterns while getting you stronger. STRONG AS STEEL

Using concepts in Foundation Training & many different fitness conditioning certifications, this class will not be seen anywhere else. Strong as Steel focuses on lengthening and strengthening the muscles used in lifting weights as well as teaching you proper alignment and posture during many lifts. This class will challenge your body to go beyond what you thought was possible at the same time as help you develop muscle groups that will support you to lift more. BOUNCE AND BUILD

Boost your strength, core stability, balance, and coordination with this high-energy rebounder workout! Bounce and Build combines the heart-pumping benefits of rebounding with targeted strength training to deliver a full-body workout that’s both effective and incredibly fun. CARDIO BOXING

This class combines the functional benefits of Pilates, longer leaner muscles, core strength and increased joint health, with the high intensity cardio and co-ordination of boxing. The best of both worlds!

BARRE

A low-impact, high-intensity class that fuses ballet-inspired moves, strength training, and flexibility work for a full-body burn.

AAA (Arms, Abs, & A**)

With summer just around the corner, it's time to start sheading winter and preparing for tank top season. Suns out Guns out 

Unlock your strongest, most capable body with this efficient, results-driven fitness program. Designed to build strength, enhance core stability, and improve functional movement, this program supports longevity while sculpting the physique. Get the toned arms, strong core and round functional booties you've always wanted. Enjoy quick, accessible workouts that fit into any schedule, because feeling and looking your best shouldn’t be complicated. You won’t regret it!

All participants are subject to feeling great and looking good. Some participants may experience laughter, increased confidence, positive mood and the chronic desire to flex 

FIT BELLIES

We know the importance you feel to be healthy and strong during your pregnancy, and we have designed a program to help you have everything you need to achieve that goal! This 8 week program will focus on yoga, mental health, and fitness/strength during pregnancy. Our wellness classes will focus on pelvic floor, and core muscles to help you prepare for birth. Each week, we will introduce a new topic that will help build a mind and body connection that is so important for your pregnancy journey. With our certified and educated instructors, all of our classes are safe for every stage in your pregnancy.

SURRENDER

Surrender Yoga is a signature offering of Fit Bodies. Fit Minds.

This intimate small-group program blends restorative and therapeutic yoga to guide you through deep, soothing poses, fostering a deeper connection with your body and breath. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, you’ll learn how to access true relaxation and calm. Our experienced Surrender instructors, who are also Reiki Masters, integrate energy work into each session, offering insight into how surrendering helps quiet the mind.

Each week explores a new theme, such as gratitude, affirmations, journaling, mantras, meditation techniques, myofascial release, and more. This program is ideal for anyone dealing with burnout, fatigue, or chronic stress.

Participants will also receive a Wellness Manual and thoughtful gifts to support their journey toward relaxation and healing.

 

STRONG MOMS

This dynamic class blends energizing strength and core workouts designed specifically for new moms. Each week, dive into a fresh wellness topic, giving you tools to boost your energy, enhance recovery, and nurture both body and mind. Come for the sweat, stay for the support—because your wellness journey deserves to be as strong as you are!

FIERCELY FEMALE


Fiercely Female is a program designed specifically for young girls as they go through physical, emotional and hormonal changes. Your youth will work on building strength, proper movement patterns, build confidence, learn about body image, self defence, mental health and nutrition. At the end of this 8-week program they will feel empowered and have confidence to make healthy lifestyle choices.

YOGA FOUNDATIONS

Are you new to yoga or wanting to learn more about the practice of yoga? Join this 8 week Yoga Foundations program and in this supportive environment learn yoga poses at a slower pace. You will gain a solid understanding of poses, breathing and meditation. The goal will be to build confidence and to provide you with the tools to explore yoga more deeply. 

BREATHWORK AND MEDITATION

Unlock the power of your breath to enhance recovery, mindfulness, and performance. This course teaches you how to breathe efficiently, regulate your nervous system, and access flow states with greater ease. Through pranayama, meditation, and science-backed techniques, you will learn to reset stress, deepen awareness, and cultivate a state of balance both on and off the mat.
