VINYASA FLOW  

This all-levels yoga class is designed to invigorate your body and uplift your spirit, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi. You’ll flow through sequences that synchronize breath with movement, creating a dynamic experience that energizes both mind and body. Vinyasa Flow promotes strength, flexibility, and balance, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and centred.


VINYASA FLOW (HEATED)

This heated, all-levels yoga class is crafted to invigorate your body and uplift your spirit, whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi. Move through fluid sequences that harmonize breath and movement, creating a vibrant flow that energizes both mind and body. Vinyasa Flow builds strength, enhances flexibility, improves mobility and cultivates balance, leaving you feeling centred, refreshed, and deeply grounded.



SURRENDER YOGA

Surrender Yoga is a signature offering of Fit Bodies. Fit Minds.


This intimate small-group program blends restorative and therapeutic yoga to guide you through deep, soothing poses, fostering a deeper connection with your body and breath. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, you’ll learn how to access true relaxation and calm. Our experienced Surrender instructors, who are also Reiki Masters, integrate energy work into each session, offering insight into how surrendering helps quiet the mind.


Each week explores a new theme, such as gratitude, affirmations, journaling, mantras, meditation techniques, myofascial release, and more. This program is ideal for anyone dealing with burnout, fatigue, or chronic stress.


Participants will also receive a Wellness Manual and thoughtful gifts to support their journey toward relaxation and healing.


POWER FLOW

This invigorating yoga class is designed to awaken your body and elevate your spirit. Move through dynamic sequences that synchronize breath with movement, creating a powerful, energizing experience. Power Flow builds strength, enhances joint mobility, and engages your core—leaving you grounded, refreshed, and ready to take on any challenge.


EXHALE (GENTLE YOGA)

Exhale is designed to center your breath, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural balance, helping your organs function more effectively.


This all-levels class integrates meditation, mindfulness, mantras, and breathing techniques to promote deep relaxation. You’ll explore mobility, alignment, body awareness, and flexibility through gentle, classic yoga movements—without the frequent transitions, because life gives us plenty of those!


Chair modifications are available for anyone preferring to practice off the mat.


DEEP FLOW

This all-levels yoga class is designed to release tension, build strength, and restore balance where it’s needed most. Flow through sequences that harmonize breath with movement, combining dynamic transitions and intentional holds for a full-body experience. Deep Flow supports myofascial release, enhances mobility, and nurtures mental clarity, leaving you grounded, energized, and refreshed.



GENTLE HATHA YOGA & BREATHWORK

Rooted in strength, Hatha focuses on holding postures with mindful alignment and breath. Through isometric holds rather than flowing transitions, we emphasize detailed alignment for each posture. This practice invites you to deepen awareness, enhancing recovery, release, and restoration in both body and mind.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that emphasizes mobility and flexibility through long-held postures. It targets muscles, connective tissues (like fascia and ligaments), and joint range of motion. This practice fosters deep relaxation while enhancing joint health, making it an excellent complement to more dynamic forms of yoga or physical exercise.

REIKI

Reiki (ray-key) is a multi-faceted spiritual energy that can be used to help people with meditation practices, spiritual growth, healing relationships, manifestation of goals and activating the Divine healing power within all living beings. Our physical body is alive because of the “Life Force Energy” that is flowing through our chakras. If our Life Force is low or blocked anywhere through our chakras, it impacts our wellbeing and personal health. Reiki is an energy that works on the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual level. The technique increases one’s Life Force Energy that brings the body back into balance promoting a healthier life.


The knowledge of an invisible energy that flows through all living things has been part of the wisdom of many cultures for thousands of years. The existence of Life Force Energy has even been documented by scientific experiments. Medical doctors are now looking at the role Reiki plays in the functioning of the immune system and the healing process (Canadian Reiki Association).


Reiki can be done in one-on-one sessions, as well as part of some of our yoga classes taught by our Reiki practitioners.


HEALING TOUCH

Healing Touch is non-invasive and economical; it can take place in any setting and does not require any equipment.

Perhaps one of the greatest benefits of Healing Touch is the extreme relaxation it can offer—it is not unusual for clients to fall asleep on the table. And when our body is extremely relaxed, it can focus on the important work of healing.

Research also suggests that Healing Touch:
