Eat, move and be healthy!  That is the goal of Fit Bodies. Fit Minds.

We began offering workshops in October 2013 that provide opportunities for you to positivity improve your overall health and well-being. We will continue to offer workshops in 2017 on such topics as: Essential Oils, Fit for Ice, Foundation Training, Holistic Nutrition and Utilizing Your Pelvic Floor.
