Surrender Yoga is a signature offering of Fit Bodies. Fit Minds.
This intimate small-group program blends restorative and therapeutic yoga to guide you through deep, soothing poses, fostering a deeper connection with your body and breath. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, you’ll learn how to access true relaxation and calm. Our experienced Surrender instructors, who are also Reiki Masters, integrate energy work into each session, offering insight into how surrendering helps quiet the mind.
Each week explores a new theme, such as gratitude, affirmations, journaling, mantras, meditation techniques, myofascial release, and more. This program is ideal for anyone dealing with burnout, fatigue, or chronic stress.
Participants will also receive a Wellness Manual and thoughtful gifts to support their journey toward relaxation and healing.
