Yoga is a discipline that exercises your body and mind. Exercises are performed to unite a person’s focus, spirituality, and body. All this will help reduce stress and anxiety associated with our busy North American lifestyle. Yoga is suitable for all fitness levels and for anyone wanting to work on their flexibility and ways to reduce their stress level. All our yoga instructors understand the body and have additional training to focus on the proper mechanics.

All yoga classes and styles can be done in private, semi-private, and small group formats.

OUR CLASSES

FLOW YOGA

 

This all levels yoga class will go through basic Vinyasa postures with a strong focus on proper alignment and breath linked with movement. You will leave feeling strong and confident to continue your yoga journey with more understanding of a safe and proper yoga practice.

 VINYASA FLOW 

 

This all levels yoga class is designed to get you moving and feeling good whether you are a beginner or advanced yogi! We focus on syncing our movement with our breath to create an energizing experience for the mind and body. Vinyasa Flow strengthens and lengthens while leaving you feeling more connected and centred.


We offer Vinyasa Flow as a regular and heated class.

 

SURRENDER YOGA

 

Surrender Yoga is a unique program to Fit Bodies. Fit Minds. 

 

This small group program is a mix of restorative and therapeutic yoga that will take you through deep, soothing stretches that allow you to connect with your body and breath. By connecting with your parasympathetic nervous system, we can truly learn to be calm and relaxed. Our Surrender instructors are Reiki Masters, and will bring energy work into your practice  with information about why we need to truly surrender to help still the mind!

 

Each week will take you through different themes, such as gratitude, affirmations, journaling, mantras, different types of meditation, myofascial release, and so much more! This program is a must for everyone who struggles with burnout, fatigue, and chronic stress.

 

The Surrender program also comes with a Nutrition Manual, helpful gifts and goodies to help you on your relaxation and healing journey. 

 

POWER FLOW YOGA

 

This is a high energy class that will push you through intense poses, strength work, core exercises, and powerful moves! Loud, upbeat music is played to help move you push through.

 

You will leave feeling full of energy and ready to conquer the world! This class is fun, challenging, and intense.

 

DEEP RESTORATIVE YOGA


This all-levels class combines a series of slower movements, longer holds, deeper stretches, massage, and an extended floor series to stretch & lengthen the body while releasing stress and tension. This class is for anyone looking for a softer approach to their practice, with an increased focus on mindful movement.

 

ATHLETIC YOGA

Join us for this intense flow class that incorporates Power Yoga with a focus on core strength, balance, and meditation and deep breathing techniques. Strength, mobility, and mindset are the centre of this class to increase overall resilience. This class is for all athletes who want to maximize their performance!

EXHALE GENTLE YOGA

 

EXHALE will focus on breathwork and help you work towards decreasing stress and balancing our bodies to assist our organs to function more efficiently. 

 

This class will incorporate meditation, mindfulness, mantras, and effective breathing techniques for relaxation.

 

This is an all levels Yoga class, focusing on mobility, alignment, body awareness and flexibility. This is done through classic Yoga movements without all the ups and downs, because life has enough of those! 

Chair modifications provided, if mat work is not in your practice.
