We offer a wide variety of fitness classes for all levels. Our highly educated trainers will ensure that you maintain your level of comfort while helping you reach your fitness goals. We know the full scope of how building a functional body can increase your longevity and quality of life now as well as in the future.


Our classes help to build, tone, and strengthen the body for overall wellness, as well as to recover after an injury and reduce the risk of injury.

 

All of our ALIGNment series classes include corrective and functional exercises that work to maintain and correct alignment to keep you moving and feeling your best!

 

No machines are used when participating in these classes since we teach you how to move your body in a more functional way.

All ALIGNment classes are available in private, semi-private, and small group formats. 


OUR CLASSES

BALANCED BODIES

This is an all levels, functional, all ages class that challenges and strengthens your muscles and core; balancing you in all areas! 

A variety of equipment will be used in this class as well as Pilates and Foundation Training.

SPINAL FITNESS

 

Looking to set the foundations for a healthy, strong core? This integrative training regime uses Pilates inspired body weight and resistance exercises to strengthen and stretch muscles originating from the center of the body. 

 

This method aims to create overall muscle balance, structural tolerance, and spinal integrity. This class is prenatal friendly.


You are only as old as your spine!

 

ALIGN MOBILITY



This is an all-levels class that teaches proper movement patterns and works on increasing range of motion through strength. Participants will practice active flexibility training, core strength, posture, and correct alignment in all planes. This class is great for anyone just starting their fitness journey, coming back from injury, or those working to maintain mobility.

PILATES

 
Pilates is a popular exercise routine that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.


It is a routine that focuses on core strength, co-ordination and flexibility, and is essentially deep muscle training from the inside out.


Pilates classes have limited enrolment to ensure thorough attention to all clients. Let us help you thrive!
