- Work to do at home so your training is continuous and helps you develop healthy habits. 

 

Our individualised fitness programs will help you adopt a healthier lifestyle, balanced body and injury prevention. This will include corrective exercise, mobilization, myofascial stretching, weight training, endurance activities, nutrition counselling, cognitive tools for success, deep core training and much more. Clients can also receive lifestyle guidance and recommendations.

 

All of our classes and types of training can be done in private, semi-private, or small group format. 

 


Our Small Groups

Surrender

Surrender Yoga is a unique program to Fit Bodies. Fit Minds. 

 

This small group program is a mix of restorative and therapeutic yoga that will take you through deep, soothing stretches that allow you to connect with your body and breath. By connecting with your parasympathetic nervous system, we can truly learn to be calm and relaxed. Our Surrender instructors will bring energy work into your practice with information about why we need to truly surrender to help still the mind!

 

Each week will take you through different themes, such as gratitude, affirmations, journaling, mantras, different types of meditation, myofascial release, and so much more! This program is a must for everyone who struggles with burnout, fatigue, and chronic stress.

 

The Surrender program also comes with a Nutrition Manual, helpful gifts and goodies to help you on your relaxation and healing journey. 

Strong as Steel

Using concepts in Foundation Training & many different fitness conditioning certifications, this class will not be seen anywhere else.


Strong as Steel focuses on lengthening and strengthening the muscles used in lifting weights as well as teaching you proper alignment and posture during many lifts. This class will challenge your body to go beyond what you thought was possible at the same time as help you develop muscle groups that will support you to lift more.

Reformer

Pilates Reformer is an all levels fitness style reformer class that focuses on deep core stabilization, alignment, balance, and working the body from the inside out. Strength training is also a main focus of the class.


Different styles and focusses are made for Reformer small groups.

Pilates

Operating on the principle of "strengthening through lengthening". Pilates incorporates intensive core training to challenge your fitness level.


Since intensity options are always given, this class will meet the fitness needs of everyone, including beginners and advanced participants.

Yoga

Yoga small groups are designed to get you moving and feeling good whether you are a beginner or an advanced yogi!


We focus on syncing our movement with the breathe to create an energizing experience for the mind and body.

Fit Bellies

We know the importance you feel to be healthy and strong during your pregnancy, and we have designed a program to help you have everything you need to achieve that goal!


This 8-week program will focus on yoga, mental health, fitness during pregnancy, and nutrition. Our wellness classes will focus on pelvic floor, and core muscles to help you prepare for birth. Each week, we will introduce a new topic that will help build a mind and body connection that is so important for your pregnancy journey. With our certified and educated instructor, all our classes are safe for every stage in your pregnancy.

Strong Moms

This is a specialized post natal small group.

Train your body and belly using the most up to date post natal training. Specially designed to work on the areas that have been affected by child bearing and child birth, this class includes strength and core training.


Additionally we will have a wellness topic each week, presented by a trainer who specializes in certain areas.

We also offer youth small groups for ages 12-18!
