About Our Youth Wellness Programs

At Fit Bodies. Fit Minds., we believe that a healthy lifestyle should begin at an early age and be encouraged throughout childhood. Our team has designed programs for youth that promote and assist children with the proper motor skill development necessary to enable them to be more coordinated and help them discover the joy of movement.


It is our hope that through helping youth enhance their physical literacy that we can foster enthusiasm and curiosity in sports, fitness, and health in our future generations.


Fun Fit - Tuesdays at 4:15



Welcome to FunFit, where every child is celebrated and every move matters! This weekly class is a dynamic blend of play and purpose, fostering an inclusive environment where children of all abilities thrive. Aimed at teaching physical literacy, FunFit equips children with the essential motor skills they need for a lifetime of active living through play-based movement.

Elite Athletes (12 & Under) - Thursdays at 4:15



This weekly class prepares children to excel in their favourite sport. This class is a must for youth who are playing sports, this class is designed to help children effectively cross-train to build power, speed, and strength to find their athletic edge!

Youth Small Group Programs

The FBFM team has developed 8-week programs to support youth as they go through physical, emotional, and hormonal changes. 


These programs incorporate building strength, proper movement patterns, building confidence, as well as learning about body image, self defence, mental health, and nutrition to empower youth to build healthy habits and view wellness holistically.
