In your fitness/wellness party, you will get your activity of choice: yoga, pilates, circuit training, barre, weight training, cardio boxing or any other type of fitness class. Your instructor will guide you through 1 hour of movement, games, or activities suited for any level and age group.
We can provide appetizers, dinner, desserts, party favours, liquor licence, decorations, or anything else that you need!

1 hr Fitness/Wellness party (up to 20 people)- $229.00
2 hr Fitness/ Wellness party - $299.00 - 2nd hr for food, cake, presents (tables and chairs provided)
Glow Parties
Get your Glow on with black lights, strobe lights, glow sticks, and glow paint!!! Wear white and fluorescent colours to amp up the glow! You can choose to do yoga, fitness, games, or a dance party all while glowing. Your instructor will guide you through 1 hour of games and activities suited for any level or age group.
