The Pilates class is a popular exercise routine that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It is a routine that focuses on core strength, co-ordination and flexibility, essentially deep muscle training from the inside out. Fit Minds we offer a variety of pre and post natal training and seminars to help an expectant mother both physically and mentally prepare for their bundle of joy and/or rebound efficiently and effectively after birth. Youth, Teen & FAMILY fitness

At Fit Bodies. Fit Minds, we believe that a healthy lifestyle should begin at an early age and be encouraged throughout childhood. The children’s fitness classes offered at Fit Bodies. Fit Minds. promote and teach children the proper motor skills (basic movements) necessary to enable them to be more coordinated and reduce their chance of injury in their future. It is our hope that through these primary motor patterns that we can instil in children a sense and curiosity in sports, fitness, and health.

SMALL GROUP  CLASSES

Small Group Fitness Classes are pre arranged with an instructor and consist of 6-10 people per instructor. You are committed to your group for 8 weeks and the classes are more tailored to your individual needs compared to regular classes. You are getting the best of both personalized training, and enjoying the support of a group environment.
