About

Nicole is a registered Kinesiologist with a deep passion for fitness and nutrition. An avid long-distance runner, mountain biker, and strength trainer, she specializes in helping clients recover from injuries such as falls, motor vehicle accidents, and sports-related injuries. 


Committed to continuous learning, Nicole recently completed her Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics to enhance her ability to offer evidence-based guidance on wellness. She also holds Level 2 Pilates and 200-hour Yoga certifications. Nicole combines her expertise in human movement, nutrition, and holistic wellness to support clients in reaching their movement goals and living healthier lives.
